Vietnamese Stir Fry

How long it takes: About 8 minutes
What you need: Large pan or wok

  1. In a large pan or wok, heat a teaspoon of oil and gently fry the chicken at a medium heat for around 2 minutes.
  2. Add the garlic, chill (adding all the chilli will result in medium spiciness, to reduce only add half), ginger and onion which are all in the same pot. Cook for a further 2 minutes.
  3. Add the stir fry sauce followed by the noodles and heat through for around 3 minutes. Add the spring onion and peanuts, mixing through the noodles. Ensure the chicken is cooked through.
