Shredded Hoisin Duck Noodles
How long it takes: About 8 minutes
What you need: 1 medium frying pan
- In a medium pan, heat around a teaspoon of oil on a medium heat then add the onions and chill (if you like it with a bit of heat) and cook for 1 minute.
- Now add the hoisin sauce and duck stirring to coat the duck in sauce for around 30 seconds.
- Now add the noodles and move around the pan until they are coated in sauce and the noodles are loose (around another 30 seconds).
- Finish by stirring the park choi and the Asian slaw into the pan, cooking for a further 2 minutes.
