Shredded Hoisin Duck Noodles

How long it takes: About 8 minutes
What you need: 1 medium frying pan

  1. In a medium pan, heat around a teaspoon of oil on a medium heat then add the onions and chill (if you like it with a bit of heat) and cook for 1 minute.
  2. Now add the hoisin sauce and duck stirring to coat the duck in sauce for around 30 seconds.
  3. Now add the noodles and move around the pan until they are coated in sauce and the noodles are loose (around another 30 seconds).
  4. Finish by stirring the park choi and the Asian slaw into the pan, cooking for a further 2 minutes.
