Chicken Pad Thai Noodles
How long it takes: About 8 minutes
What you need: 1 medium frying pan
- In a medium sized pan heat a teaspoon of oil and gently fry the chicken at a medium heat for around 4 minutes.
- Add the pad thai sauce, carrots, Asian slaw and noodles whilst stirring. Cook for a further 3 minutes. If the noodles start to stick to the bottom of the pan, add a little bit of water.
- Add the spring onion and peanuts, mixing through the noodles. Squeeze in the lime. Check the chicken is cooked through.
