Chicken Chow Mein Stir Fry
How long it takes: About 8 minutes
What you need: 1 pan
- In a medium pan, heat a tablespoon of oil. Once hot, fry the onion and peppers on a high heat for 2 minutes, then add the chicken. Stir fry for a further 2 minutes, making sure the chicken is browned all over.
- Add the Asian slaw and spring greens to the pan, then stir in the chow mien sauce from the sachet. Cook for three minutes, or until these vegetables are slightly softened.
- Add the noodles to the pan along with the spring onions, stirring to combine all the ingredients. Ensure the chicken is cooked through.
